Dehns is delighted to report that the first High Court ruling involving the new Dehns litigation team was a success, with the judge deciding in our client’s favour. Head of Litigation, Paul Harris, represented Brighton Partner, Joseph Letang’s client in the High Court of Justice before Mr Justice Edwin Johnson.

This was the appeal of a trade mark opposition case which Joseph originally won at the UKIPO, and the Hearing Officer’s decision was upheld by the judge hearing the appeal.
