Andrea has represented clients in a large number of offensive and defensive oppositions and appeals before the EPO in a range of technical fields including medical devices and aerospace technology. She also regularly advises on validity and infringement of patents, trade marks and designs. Andrea is also a representative before the Unified Patent Court.

Andrea has also advised and represented small enterprises and individuals in contentious matters relating to patents and trade marks, including on a pro bono basis through the CIPA pro bono scheme.
